Last Updated: June 2026By using the iCold website and our temperature-controlled transport services, you agree to the terms and logistics rules set forth below.
1. Scope of Services and Transport Liability
iCold provides cold chain logistics and refrigerated transport services requiring specific temperatures, including chilled foods (0°C to +4°C), frozen foods (-18°C to -25°C), pharmaceutical logistics (+2°C to +8°C and +15°C to +25°C), and life-critical organ shipments.
2. Client Obligations and ATP Compliance
Shippers are responsible for declaring correct temperature requirements and supplying complete customs documentation. Loading is not permitted before the pre-cooling cycles of our ATP-certified trailers are completed.
3. Limitation of Liability and Temperature Excursions
Our liability limits are defined under international CMR and ATP conventions. Our company cannot be held responsible for cold chain failures caused by inadequate packaging or incorrect temperature declarations by the shipper.
4. Customs Clearance and Border Inspections
Operational delays arising from transit border procedures, veterinary border controls, and TRACES NT registration delays are considered force majeure.
